Hi @BENDYMAN20  1.7.4 has been released 

You can download it here https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/releases/tag/v1.7.4

I would recommend making a backup first https://bisq.wiki/Backing_up_application_data

Once you have installed 1.7.4 please retry the SPV resync https://bisq.wiki/Resyncing_SPV_file

Hope it gets you past 57%
