[bisq-network/bisq] Keep trader chat open after trade has finished (#5734)

I think it would have positives and negatives. 

Generally I like the finality of a completed trade.

Overall I think the negatives might outweigh the positives.

Negatives could be:

- Discussing trades that take place off Bisq (Eg Seller says I can do the same offer again, 0% markup if off Bisq, 8% markup if on Bisq - risk to users and loss of funds for DAO)
- Dealing with post trade support questions (why is my account not signed etc)
- Dealing with follow up trade enquires that end up not taking place

Maybe though as suggested allowing one user to close the chat would work. There have been trades where I felt chat was closed prematurely due to trade being completed.
