[bisq-network/bisq] Fix layout/text issues in Community screen (#5732)

1) I agree that this view is not good candidate to be placed in top menu. Where to move it - Support or maybe Settings?
2) I see there is also Settings -> About tab that contains a few links - probably we should consider removing them to avoid duplication? 
3) @ripcurlx How much I'll be able to request in compensation if this view will be finally implemented and approved? 
4) Can I treat requests from @chimp1984 (text updates, grid layout changes) as final? I don't want to spent my time on it, and then someone finally say that we actually don't want this view :)
5) Is it possible to reopen original issue and keep whole conversation there?
