[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb does not install on Ubuntu (Issue #6125)

### Description

If you download Bisq for Ubuntu from the website you receive Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb. If you double click the Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb then the Ubuntu Software Center should open and there should be a button to install. But the Ubuntu Software Center Window stays empty and idle. Nothing happens. But it is possible to install Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb from the command line.

Steps to  reproduce on Ubuntu 21.10
-------------------------------------------------
1. Download https://bisq.network/downloads/v1.8.4/Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb
3. Double click the file in the explorer

### Expected behaviour

Ubuntu Software Center should open and show a button to install the deb.

### Actual behaviour

Ubuntu Software Center opens  empty and idle.

sudo dpkg -i Downloads/Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb 
Vormals nicht ausgewähltes Paket bisq wird gewählt.
(Lese Datenbank ... 259797 Dateien und Verzeichnisse sind derzeit installiert.)
Vorbereitung zum Entpacken von Downloads/Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb ...
Entpacken von bisq (1.8.4-1) ...
bisq (1.8.4-1) wird eingerichtet ...

The version is 1.8.4 or 1.8.4-1? Is this info important?
