Yes the `Make your choice` screen needs more text and design love ;-).... but i think at least conceptually/content wise its more or less ok...

Markets are a drop box fo all BTC markets. I think we only support the BTC path not altcoin-fiat or fiat-fiat or any/any... thats possible in text chat but not from our provided UI to keep the onboarding btc newies as focus.

Payment methods are atm a hard coded list per channel which is also used for the tags. The tags can be edited by the user and that would then be reflected in the dropdown. The channel admin provides the initial list but users can adjust to their needs, but highlighting would only work for users who have also added that tag.

Yes the selection UI needs more work. Had been focussed on the onboarding screens atm. Waiting for some open tasks for the chat UI to be completed from other devs, so did not want to touch too much there to not interfere. Also highlighting is missing, but thats on my todo list for today...
