[bisq-network/compensation] for cycle 34 (Issue #1025)

I'm quite disappointed that this request did not receive enough votes to pass (2 voted for and 3 abstained).  Thankyou to the 2 who voted for.  Normally I do not vote due to the feeling that my vote does not count.  I will resolve to commit my vote if opticbit can be persuaded to make another attempt in cycle 35.  But we need more people to **commit to voting for this.**

The reasons I am so positive about this particular issue is that:

- it is a grass roots campaign by a bisq user
- only expenses incurred are being requested
- it ran for 3 months instead of 1 (3x value for money)
- opticbit has been instrumental in developing the P2P / CBM markets, especially positive for Bisq.
