[bisq-network/bisq] Improve navigation structure (PR #6135)

I'm testing now, posting issues I found in points below:
1) 
- go to BUY -> Bitcoin
- click "create new offer to buy BTC"
- PROBLEM 1: I see only BSQ swap trading account (I have USD accounts available)
- PROBLEM 2: Label above amount says: "Amount of BTC to spend". I want to buy BTC, so it should says "Amount of BTC to receive"
