Yes those are good points.
I have not thought too much about how to link to trade volume but I considered that as well. It will depend a bit on the actual protocol implementation if its easy to track the trade volume.

Yes we have to find the right mix here. But I still think if we are overly cautious it might end up being too similar to the normal trade protocols and lose the "easy touch" - but sure something to consider.
