[bisq-network/support] Fee reimbursement for trade JIUXU (#989)

Hi @space2111 

The funds for this trade are still locked in the multi-sig.

If you update your Bisq to the latest version https://bisq.network/

You should be able to select trade JIUXU and then press 'Ctrl + O'

This should then send the trade to arbitration.

You can then contact the arbitrator and request a refund via Support > Arbitration
