I imagine you could get an initial cut put together in the same Google Sheet where you've been doing your calculations so far. For example, @ripcurlx has maintained a variety of different charts this way in the [Bisq Reporting Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o-I5fAx7DJRVqYjW8fPbo0ztlGIhIZ1EM2iLc5aEHnA/edit#gid=86481090).

It is, as per the "30-day volume-weighted average BSQ/USD price" label seen at the top of the screenshot you posted above.
