i have the same problem:

```
$ gpg --verify bisq-1.8.2.tar.gz.asc

```

maybe this helps:
```
$ sha256sum bisq-1.8.2.tar.gz*
ac773c8de77ddc82ccf6e58dfaeba74f9c28e2f2f93f45ffde98ffa455bd9e0d  bisq-1.8.2.tar.gz
e69240aeba68fdd21064e63f940d2c99a291b8661afe2bd800e61cdcccf7d37f  bisq-1.8.2.tar.gz.asc
