BISQ fetches new update software via the clearnet thus exposing the user as a BISQ user(not advisable in some jurisdictions),
update software should be fetched as the tor browser bundle handles it  via tor only...

### Expected behaviour

as the tool uses the Onion network to do anonymous trading of bitcoin, I expected that app updates would be fetched from github via TOR also subverting watering hole tracking by would be listeners. ie the TOR browser bundle exhibits the correct behaviour for a tor using tool.

allow the update to happen.. instead of the expected behaviour for a tor using tool(default anonymity).. it fetched via clearnet
allowing exposure and tracing  of the would be BISQ update user.

tor version Tor 0.4.6.7 (installed via homebrew)
