[bisq-network/bisq] NPE accountName must not be null (Issue #6035)

I'm convinced this is the same issue.  I just tested with https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/6014/commits/940f8dcd00902aa2d464ed2ed45402f02c788d81.  Please could you make a PR for the one line fix so @ripcurlx can cherry pick it into v1.8.3.
