[bisq-network/bisq] Navigation Hierarchy Adjustments (Issue #6061)

@m52go overall, there appears to be an understanding that this navigation change is necessary based on the information I have provided. I’ll be happy to go through it in more detail over a call and discuss your concerns as it seems it may go beyond the subject of usability and more of a reputation issue. As @jmaxx mentioned, the form of communication may make a difference and should lead to a more informative discussion.
