The role of the burning man as I understand it is to buy BSQ with the trade fees and burn that. The funds sent to the donation address will be used to buy BSQ from the arbitrator and users specifically reimbursed by the DAO.

As mentioned above, the trade fees are used to buy BSQ on Sundays between 15-18 CET. The last few weeks have had lower amounts of trade fees but the trades have still happened.

@leo816 Do you think there should be a cut off time for users that have been refunded by the DAO to trade with the burningman? I don't know how much will be claimed from the funds in the donation address at any time, I just trade when there is a claim from the arbitrator or a user.
