[bisq-network/support] Bisq Notifications (Issue #1048)

The smartphone app has not received updates in a long time, I myself have found it on the appstore and downloaded it thinking it was the full bisq app, back then. After that I learnt it's not really supported anymore as it was made quite some time ago to be compatible with an older version, and never updated anymore by the original developer.
