An additional idea to lower teh barrier of entry would be to add a special kind of offerbook which does not contain executable offers but offer intents with some very basic information the user provides and knows without learning about Bisq (e.g. I want 0.01 -0.02 BTC for a good price. I can pay in EUR).
Pro-traders with reputation (e.g. using locked up BSQ , we need to ensure to keep scammers out) can be the counterparties to engage with those newbies in a private chat and figure out which kind of offer is suitable for them. The pro-trader can either point the newbie to an existing offer or create a new one for them.

It is very similar to the keybase trade model but bringing the trade execution settlement to the Bisq app and onboard a new user so they feel more comfortable to go on trading with the regular model later.
Maybe @pazza83 has some input here?

It would also emphasise the social aspect of Bisq (you are trading with a real person, can learn from them, interact with them) which is a very distinguishing aspect not found in DeFi platforms like Uniswap or CEX.
