Looks promising! 👍 

But I'm not so sure about the ask/bid usage. On trading platforms they have a somewhat a different meaning and we probably want to use them in the 'real' offer book like that.

Maybe use for the trade intents:

| EUR via SEPA at market rate | 

| I want to receive  | 
| ------------- | 
| 0.01 BTC | 

and in the postings table:
