[bisq-network/bisq] Problem in v1.8.0 on debian 11 - A fatal error JRE (Issue #5978)

>From what is reported in `hs_err.log`, looks like an issue between the JRE and `libc.so`.  I'd suggest to try Bisq on the same hardware with a fresh Linux distro, maybe from a live USB of Debian or Ubuntu.  If it works then, would point to some incompatibility / corruption of your existing OS.
