## Cycle 32 Report

This is my second report using the new template above. Going to try and release a mediation report on the third Wednesday of every month going forwards.

The average number of mediation tickets for this cycle was down to 1.8 new mediation cases per day. 

### Number of mediation tickets currently open (in progress):

Currently I have 7 mediation tickets open.

### Summary of reasons for closed mediation tickets since last report: 

Since the last report here are all the reasons mediation was opened where the tickets have been closed:

OTHER: 18
SELLER_NOT_RESPONDING: 2
TRADE_ALREADY_SETTLED: 3
BUG: 3
PEER_WAS_LATE: 7
USABILITY: 6
WRONG_SENDER_ACCOUNT: 2
BANK_PROBLEMS: 14
**TOTAL: 48**

Usability is higher this month, but it from one trader that took 6 trades to buy BTC when they meant to sell BTC.

#### Breakdown of Bugs for closed mediation tickets since last report:

Only 3 bugs this month which seems very promising.

Buyer unable to confirm payment started: 1
Seller unable to confirm payment received: 0
Deposit confirmation not being seen for over 60 seconds:  1
No payment method data shared: 0
Locked funds error message: 0
Corrupted wallet associated error messages: 1 (Error message: Maker/Taker txId in contract does not match deposit tx input)
Seed node error message: 0

Number of mediation tickets, since last report, that have required manual payouts: ~1
Number of mediation tickets, since last report, that have had to be manually sent to donation address: ~0

### Summary of reasons for all closed mediation tickets: 

This is an all time list of tickets that have been closed for my current Bisq mediation instance:
