## Cycle 32 Support

I had a quieter support cycle than usual this month. I think it was a little quieter in general due to the holidays.

- Supported 19 users on Keybase since my last update. 
- Supported 1 user on Matrix
- Was available for my usual hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 
- Replied to users on Reddit, and Bisq community forum
- Attended all but one of the weekly support calls this cycle.

Examples of support queries are:

- Buyer not responding trade in mediation
- Assisting user to do a manual payout
- Questions about market making for INR market
- Missing funds in wallet - spv resync required
- Question about mediation 
- Supported user in moving to new data directory
- Supported user with failed trade concerned about loss of funds (no loss of funds occurred)
- Supported user with questions about arbitration
- Discussion with user about queries about using business account with Zelle 
- Questions from user regards contributing to growth
- Back up and SPC resync support
- Altcoin trader questions regarding trade penalty implementations

Everything is going well no issues were unresolvable. Focus this month for me will be moving things and users over to Matrix.
