[bisq-network/bisq] FXML performance (Issue #5989)

As agreed with @chimp1984 [in this thread](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/5963#discussion_r788976740) we need to refactor places where FXML items are added (early dev state left-overs) and use imperative approach in java classes. 

Checklist:
- [ ] specify all affected views
- [ ] (OPTIONAL) measure performance of fxml loading 
- [ ] do refactoring
