Sounds like an issue with your wallet showing incorrectly in the Bisq GUI as the funds are not locked in the multi-sig anymore: https://mempool.space/tx/5ff144f5835a6e8d868b3d5b4a9034d97f176c5dd6554010365a4557ee320ba8  looks like they were paid out on 28th May 2021.

I would recommend making sure you are running the latest version of Bisq and doing and SPV resync.

That should fix the issue and show the trade as paying out into your wallet: https://bisq.wiki/Resyncing_SPV_file
