[bisq-network/roles] Mediator (#83)

With my @bisq-network/roles-maintainers hat on, I see that @leo816 and @pazza83 have been submitting cycle reports here consistently, but that @Bisq-knight and @wiz have not. Looking at the @bisq-network/mediators group, I see that @wiz and @Bisq-knight are still listed as mediators, but that @pazza83 is not.

Shall I remove @wiz and @Bisq-knight from the @bisq-network/mediators group?

I will right now add @pazza83 to the group, as I see that https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/337 approved this change back in May 2021.
