With some fiat payments, the full names of both sender and receiver are known to both of them.

Allowing free text feedback can lead to privacy leaks for the counterparty ("Miguel was very responsive and sent the fiat on time, would recommend").

To mitigate that, maybe we should start with only a five-star rating system.
