## Cycle 34 Report

The average number of mediation tickets for this cycle was 2.25 new mediation cases per day.

Currently I have 5 mediation tickets open.

### Summary of reasons for closed mediation tickets since last report: 

Since the last report here are all the reasons mediation was opened where the tickets have been closed:

There were 3 trades closed due to 'trade already being settled' ie funds were no longer in donation address as trade has paid out. This was up from 0 from last month. There should not really be cases of this issue now payment confirmation is disabled when mediation is open. Hopefully this will decrease next cycle.

BSQ price filter error message: 10
Trader not receiving mediator messages: 0

The BSQ filter was a new error introduced in cycle 32, it has now been fixed for people that upgrade to version 1.8.4. So hopefully this will see a decrease over the coming cycles. It is however useful that traders are recommended to open mediation when there is a discrepancy in trade fees paid.

### Other issues: 

I have 2 trades in mediation with funds locked in the multi-sig. I am aware @leo816 has at least one current case with locked funds also, and I am also aware there are a small number of historic trades with locked funds, usually 2 of 3 multi-sigs.

@leo816 and myself agreed to speak about possible ways to reduce this happening with the support team on the next call.

Reason: The Delayed Payout Transaction is missing. A manual payout would be possible if both traders were responsive. Only one trader is responsive so, therefore, no manual payout is currently possible. I have advised this user that they should open a reimbursement request. They have yet to do so.
