Fiat is not a base currency and would not fit to the BUY/SELL terminology. E.g. We don't say "I buy EUR with BTC".
An alternative would be to put the markets in the submenu. For BTC it would be the dropdown to select BTC-USD, BTC-EUR,... for XMR and BSQ it would be only XMR-BTC and BSQ-BTC. For Other it would be a dropdown as well with all the other altcoins, e.g. ETH-BTC, ZEC-BTC,.... But having 2 dropdowns and 2 buttons for selecting XMR and BSQ would be a bit weird....
