[bisq-network/bisq] Settings GUI loading incorrectly: "this.textNode" is null (Issue #6112)

### Description
After opening the settings tab on a fresh install via the AUR, I get an error message saying:

Cannot invoke "javafx.scene.Node.getLayoutBounds()" because "this.textNode" is null

#### Version

Bisq Desktop version 1.8.4

### Steps to reproduce

Go to the settings

### Expected behaviour

Settings should load normally

### Actual behaviour

After closing the error message, most gui elements are either invisible or weirdly misplaced
