[bisq-network/bisq] hello..I am a noob and I got the got bisq for the first time this week. it opened once then stopped opening only working as a background process. i tried removing and reinstalling it but no luck. my bannedseednodes was empty but the bannedbtc nodes had some numbers and letters. please help m bisq won't launch at all (Issue #6113)
