[bisq-network/bisq] hello..I am a noob and I got bisq for the first time this week. it opened once then stopped opening only working as a background process. i tried removing and reinstalling it but no luck. my bannedseednodes was empty but the bannedbtc nodes had some numbers and letters. please help me bisq won't launch at all even when I end process on the task manager and restart my windows 10 pro pc. (Issue #6113)
