[bisq-network/bisq] Trade timeout on ranged amount BSQ swap with "missing funds" error, on low local balance compared to max amount value (Issue #6039)

I couldn't reproduce this bug on regtest, scenario I tested:

#### 1) Alice created offer to sell BSQ for 0.05BTC - 0.4BTC

#### 2) Bob had 0.25BTC available and took offer with 0.1BTC

#### 3) Trade was completed
