[bisq-network/compensation] for cycle 34 (Issue #1025)

Referencing https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/958.

As it seems there was a consensus back then to compensate this as a one-time experiment I think it should be fine to submit this CR to the DAO for voting and post the transaction ID here afterwards.
