No, an arbitrator's machine can be compromised by another entity for a long
period of time. The risk is exactly the same here.
When sellers start to complain about getting scammed, like they did with
venmo, you will see this is not a small tradeoff for privacy.

Try to improve the proposal and its tradeoffs, or come up with something
else :)
