Maybe I wasn't clear enough on what I wanted to say there.
I was trying to make a point that if everything goes smoothly traders never need to go to arbitration and therefor never expose their data to an arbitrator, while here they would expose that data as soon as they get verified.

I am certain that they will complain, but I hope it will be rare and that account age witness feature will limit the problem.

Overall I will have to vote no on this one, I just don't think there is a way of fixing it using this method of specific amount to withdraw and sending that data to an arbitrator. This is information that if acquired by a state will lead to deanonymization of the user.
