[bisq-network/mailchimp] Decommission Bisq MailChimp account (#9)

Closing as complete. Our email archive is now available at https://bisq-network.github.io/mailchimp. See also the README at https://github.com/bisq-network/mailchimp#readme.

I'm holding off on archiving this repository for now. I'm going to create an issue in bisq-network/lists about creating a bisq-announce list that we can be fully in control of (heads up @Emzy).

Then, next week, I think we can announce the fact that our MailChimp account has been shut down, and we can at the same time point people to the new list, so they have a call to action / something to do in response to the list being shut down.

One thing we'll need to decide is whether to import all the user emails from the old MailChimp list into the new bisq-announce list or not. It's about 3000 people.
