### 2018.11 Report

I'll let it to Alex for the numbers on the forum, but it seems quite increasing a bit. And also on the slack and on the github. Which would seem quite normal given the continuing good numbers, which are not entirely due to XMR, but also concern fiat currencies.

It seems me also that we got quite a number of very new users this month.

Apart rare exceptions, users are quite comprehensive with Bisq issues. I find that quite noticeable.
Seems to be like users able to pass over some UI + timeout issues because they are in fact mainly interested in the basic features (also of course because they are generally well reimbursed I guess !).

Among the usual worries :
- stucked trades
- issues with AV
- messages not transmitted to arbitrator(s)

Apart from that, browsing thru all the questions shows quite some diversity.

I wonder about means to reduce the % of untransmitted messages. I don't however know enough about the currently used algorithms. (I remember Napoleon sending 10 times the same message, but I presume such tricks are already in use ?)

(I continue to think that some self-support document would be useful in the long run, especially if/when the arbitrators may disappear.)
