## 2018.11 report

There were quite few duplicate transaction errors this month. A lot more then usual.
This usually has to be resolved by restoring from rolling wallet backups, as nothing else like deleting SPV chain file seems to help.
Significant rise in these errors is quite inconsistent with general growth of user base and was persistent throughout whole month. Perhaps some investigation work would be useful if there were any changes in most recent release of Bisq that could increase likelihood of these errors occurring.

There were claims by some users that a bit more errors seemed to occur then usual since latest release of Bisq, but of course this could be very subjective.

This month we have a new arbitrator with address **hvllnddukspprwt6.onion** who had some disputes as usual that required users to get in contact with him/her outside of Bisq.
Although I don't know if this new arbitrator is really new or an old arbitrator with a new address, I do think it would be useful if there was another way to contact him outside the app in case of bugs.
It isn't necessary for all arbitrators to create an account on our support forum (although now our forum has an onion address as well and is possibly even easier to stay anonymous on it), it would be good if they had an email or something where we could contact them in these scenarios.
Perhaps it should be a standard that new arbitrators in future let the support know of their alternative contact information over the forum, email or whatever do they like to use, just to decrease the likelihood of users feeling hopeless when bugs occur.

Other then that, there was quite a few regular questions and issues this month that were resolved with the help of arbitrators as usual, but nothing specific stood out.
