## 2018.11 report

I arbitrated 91 disputes this month. Common causes were similar to those reported last month, including:

 - Buyer's 'Payment Started' message not being received by seller 
 - Bitcoin transaction broadcast failures

Manfred believes he may have solved one of the causes of messages being dropped. We'll see how that fix plays out with the release of 0.9.0.
