[bisq-network/bisq] CAD price on BitcoinAverage seems to be off (#1695)

BTC Average use Quadriga (84%),Kraken (11%), and LBTC (3%) for weighting.

A user suggested here ndax as relevant exchange. I sent an email to BTC Average to suggest them to add it and/or check out other relevant CAD exchanges to get added.
