### 2019.04 15-21 report (week 16)

- gaps between fees onion pages : ~non-existent, but still abnormal timeout pattern at work
- gaps between prices onion pages : ~non-existent, but still abnormal timeout pattern at work
- fees values : min = 10 s/b (1661 occurrences), mean = 61.35 s/b, max = 150 s/b (615 occurrences).

Bisq numbers for the week : 529 BTC/649 trades (+129% BTC, +40% trades)

Among those 330 exceptions, 240 are due to the 2x20 minutes daily pattern mentioned in previous report. The remaining is random.
