Yes the signing happens after trade is completed. Not sure how to combine it with the delayed payout. Basically it could be kept independent. The signature alone has not much value yet only after the accunt age reaches a certain level. We need a mechanism for banning scammers so in case a signature was created and 1 week later a chargeback happens that account age witnetness become invalid. But I think that is not really required as a scammer gets added to the filter and cannot use that payment account anymore.
