#### Version

5880ad99c

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start localnet cluster
2. Run `Mediation/Support Process 0018`
3. Decline request from Bob
4. Receiver error that Bob needs to wait for a block confirmation before requesting arbitration
5. `make block`
6. Decline mediation suggestion on Bob
7. Accept mediation on Alice
8. Accept mediation on Alice (duplicate popup here requesting I click Agree/Decline)
9. Get error

### Expected behaviour

The popup should not appear if I have already clicked Accept

### Actual behaviour

The popup reappears suggesting that my initial "Accept" didn't go through.
