[bisq-network/bisq-website] Update faqs page (#151)

I never notices this, but this page needed a thorough revision. I left the questions intact, but heavily revised a lot of wording. Outdated items should be gone now too.

Please pay special attention to the trade limits mentioned in the "What are the trade limits" section...I couldn't fully discern what's happening in the code, so the limits there are partially guesses.

These changes do not include any DAO FAQs (that's a separate PR), so they can be merged now.
