@mpolavieja are you referring to this? I think it might already be in the proposal in the "Blacklisting and Banning Procedures" section:

> The user explains to the arbitrator, and if the arbitrator thinks the complaint is legit, he asks the buyer to send back the BTC if he has received the money back.
