- gaps between fees onion pages : 37 gaps / 2016 pings = 1.8%
As usual. ~ All gaps were punctual and small.

NTR, only the usual small deviations for DOGE, SEK, etc.

- timestamp alerts : 0 issues/week, 0 alert transmitted

- fees values : min = 10 s/b : (6546 occurences) : mean = 11.21 s/b : max = 30 s/b (8 occurrences).

Bisq numbers for the week : 169 BTC / 565 trades (+15% BTC, +19% trades)

As past week, node 1 and node 3 show significantly more exceptions than other nodes.
Node 1 exceptions are mostly scattered all over the week.
Node 3 exceptions were mostly 2 series

2019-09-21 from 02:55 to 05:45
