Exceptions by onion : 45 46 12 11 sum= 114
Node 1 exceptions are mostly scattered all over the week (as past week)
Node 2 exceptions is mainly one big serie 2019-09-29 from 05:55 to 09:15. However, I tested node 2 (http://44mgyoe2b6oqiytt.onion/) directly in torbrowser during this period, and the json files were fine. So, this is one more case were the issue must be with the path in the tor network.
See https://github.com/HarryMacfinned/bisq-monitor/blob/master/bisqFeesExce.txt for detailed data

- total pings par week = 288 pings per day x 7 days x 5 onions = 8064 pings
- 114 exceptions / 8064 pings = 1.4%
- 92 cto / 114 exceptions = 80.7% (cto = connection timeouts)
