### Cycle 27 Report

This was a quiet cycle for proposals. 

No new proposals were open. I suggested one user open a proposal regarding [trade fees](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/5662#issuecomment-898892723) but it has not been actioned yet.

4 proposals where closed as they were already in place and there was no one expressing opposing views.

Proposals are now empty with the exception of the BSQ trading fee update proposal which stays open and is updated / replaced as necessary.
