Following my call today with @leo816 about how mediation reports can be standardized and produced using data directly from Bisq instances, I have drafted the following reporting template for mediators to use.
## Cycle X Report
Overview of mediation since last cycle, eg description and/or list of contributions, accomplishments, or other notable occurrences since the last role report was posted...
### Number of mediation tickets currently open (in progress):
Currently I have X mediation tickets open.
### Summary of reasons for closed mediation tickets since last report:
Since the last report here are all the reasons mediation was opened where mediation has been closed.

SELLER_NOT_RESPONDING: X
TRADE_ALREADY_SETTLED:
BUG: X
PEER_WAS_LATE: X
USABILITY: X
WRONG_SENDER_ACCOUNT: X
BANK_PROBLEMS: X
Any relevant comments, eg any relevant themes with issues...

Buyer unable to confirm payment started:
Seller unable to confirm payment received:
Deposit confirmation not being seen for over 60 seconds:
No payment method data shared:

Corrupted wallet associated error messages:

Number of mediation tickets, since last report, that have had to be manually sent to donation address:
Any relevant comments, eg GitHub issues opened.
