## Cycle 31 Report

This is my first report using the new template above. As it is the first one it is effectively reporting on Cycle 30 and what has occurred to date on cycle 31. 

On average I am receiving about 2.8 new mediation cases per day.

### Number of mediation tickets currently open (in progress):

Currently I have 10 mediation tickets open.

### Summary of reasons for closed mediation tickets since last report: 

Since the last report here are all the reasons mediation was opened where the tickets have been closed:

OTHER: 43
SELLER_NOT_RESPONDING: 2
TRADE_ALREADY_SETTLED: 12
BUG: 24
PEER_WAS_LATE: 11
USABILITY: 6
WRONG_SENDER_ACCOUNT: 7
BANK_PROBLEMS: 25
**TOTAL: 130**

Although 'other' seems high it is made up mostly of:

- Traders opening mediation by mistake
- Traders opening mediation when they have a concern but it can be discounted
- Traders agreeing to cancel between themselves
- Traders agreeing to change terms eg trade a partial amount for whatever reason

There were also about 6 trades that were classified as other that were cancelled due to trader not paying correct trade fees.

#### Breakdown of Bugs for closed mediation tickets since last report:

Buyer unable to confirm payment started: 7
Seller unable to confirm payment received: 3
Deposit confirmation not being seen for over 60 seconds:  6
No payment method data shared: 4
Locked funds error message: 1
Corrupted wallet associated error messages: 2
Seed node error message: 1

Number of mediation tickets, since last report, that have required manual payouts: ~2
Number of mediation tickets, since last report, that have had to be manually sent to donation address: ~1

All the bugs listed above are pretty persistent. I have created an issue regarding: [Making it easier for users to provide logs to mediators and support agents](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/5906) This should help get the logs required to correct diagnose the common bugs user face.
