### **Number of mediation tickets currently open (in progress):**
Currently I have 17 mediation tickets open.

### **Summary of reasons for closed mediation tickets since last report:**
Since the last report here are all the reasons mediation was opened where mediation has been closed.

@pazza83 and myself have agreed to user the TRADE_ALREADY_SETTLED only for those trades where the funds were released.
Not the ones both parties had already come to an agreement
In my case OTHER was mostly left blank because it was better expressed in the notes of each dispute. Most of the time had to do with one party making their case as to why they shouldn't receive a penalty due to the weird situation.
